Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all international sales by Rollox Brushes. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms.

1. Company Information

Rollox Brushes is a brand launched in 2025, with a factory established in 2021 specializing in industrial and agricultural brushes.

​

2. Offers & Orders

  • Quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

  • Orders are binding only after written confirmation by Rollox Brushes.

  • Modifications or cancellations require written approval.

​

3. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are quoted according to Incoterms® 2020 (default: EXW / FOB, unless otherwise agreed).

  • Payment terms are agreed per contract (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment).

  • Overdue payments may incur interest charges.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery follows the agreed Incoterm.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk transfers to the Buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.

5. Inspection & Claims

  • Buyer must inspect goods upon arrival.

  • Claims for defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 7–14 days of receipt.

  • If no claim is made within this period, goods are considered accepted.

6. Warranty

  • Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 6–12 months from delivery.

  • Warranty excludes:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Improper storage, use, or maintenance

    • Unauthorized modifications

  • Rollox Brushes’ obligation is limited to repair, replacement, or credit for defective goods.

7. Returns

  • Returns require prior written approval.

  • Non-standard/customized products are non-returnable.

  • Buyer bears return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

8. Compliance & Import Duties

  • Buyer is responsible for compliance with import regulations, duties, and taxes in the destination country.

  • Buyer must not resell products in violation of applicable trade laws, sanctions, or export controls.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Rollox Brushes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, production downtime, or penalties).

  • Liability is limited to the invoiced value of the goods.

​

10. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, designs, and product materials are the property of Rollox Brushes and may not be used without written permission.

​

11. Force Majeure

  • Rollox Brushes shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, or transport delays.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of a neutral jurisdiction mutually agreed by both parties.

  • Any disputes shall be settled by arbitration or the courts in the agreed place of jurisdiction.
